I am having these small acne all over my face they are itching a lot. I am not touching them and it feels very weird to touch them. Please tell me what it is or if it is anything serious.

When I applied a sunscreen my nose started itching and my face and chin was filled with pimples. When I am exposed towards the sun my skin gets darker and its itching while washing face.
