Can we use antifungal medicines while breastfeeding, my child is 2 month old and i have fungal nail infection can i do a course for antifungal medicines

Hello I was taking 10% minoxidil twice then shifted to 5% minoxidil twice then to once daily (1ml), due to unavailability of medicine I had 5 days gap and my BP rise up suddenly I have no pre existing condition of high BP or any other medical condition is this temporary?
