What is the base used for the new androanagen solution which has minoxidil 5%?.The bottle contains base as q.s. and they have mentioned as it contains 0% alcohol.

Hello I have been suffering from severe itching since 1.5 months all over the body with slight redness also. It is disturbing a lot as I am unable to sleep properly at night. Please help me and let me know any cream which can give me instant relief. Applied permite cream and had ivernew 12 and Allegra 180 tablet 1 day back as per my Dermatologist suggestion who is from PGI, Chandigarh but no relief, instead it increased. Please help.
