Hi, doctor prescribed me to use glyseb soap due to dryness issue, I felt it's working so started to use on face too .is it good to use this soap on face everyday?

I have white and red pimples on my scalp. They are very itchy sometimes I can not put my head on pillow and also my hairs too fall due to this. I have taken some medications for it before.
