Hello Doctor, I frequently get small pimples ( fluid filled) or simple red spot ,only on my left feet. It heals by itself , like it gets dried and skin peels off. Rarely i get it on my palm (have seen this on plam once or twice in an year). My fasting glucose is 111 and post food its 138, i am not taking any diabetic medicines.
