Hi doc, I am 28 yrs old and start noticing fine lines on my face..so decided to get a prescription tretinoin to treat this..please help with this..which percentage should I start with

Can we use miniscalp 5% ?? Does it make any side effects after some years ?? It is safe or not please suggest me.

Rashes in body with itching and flaring. Lot of weakness in body specially around chest area legs and head.

After removing the nail extensions, my nails have become green and black. I also have swollen around the edges.

My dermatologist prescribed me Uprise D3  weekly tablet for my Vit-D deficiency...I used to take it every Monday night after dinner..At one night i mistakenly drank Jeeru drink, which is carbonated, after D3 intake...Will it affect my Vit-D absorption at long run..???
