Hello experts, Greetings of the day!!! My name is Neha and I am a 29year old female. Case history. I was on treatment for acne starting 12 dec 2022. I was prescribed epiduo gel and was asked to apply in the evening for 2 hrs. I wrongly used the cream around my eye and mouth, thinking the redness is the common effect of epiduo I did not took it seriously. Later after one week I got a rash near my mouth and skin turned dark. Also my skin at the Side of forehead near eye became dark. So it was a dark patch like situation on my face. I had to go out for work on 6/1/23 which lead to sun exposure and the dark skin at the side of the forehead near left eye turned into blister and peeled. I rushed to the doctor to which he asked me to stop epiduo and prescribed medrol 4 mg for 7 days, Cetaphil dam lotion and calosoft Af. As of today the dark skin patch are faded a bit,but around the mouth I have got small pimples which itch mildly at times. Please suggest if there is a treatment

Last few days i showed the Red marks in my both hand he is no itchy but he developed more on both hands. why this is happening.

Watery discharge coming from the wound and pain in that area. Has some issue of veins as well in leg. Pls suggest a suitable medication and treatment.

I am having severe dandruff like flakes are coming...i have used scalp pro antidandruff shampoo but no use ...I am getting itching also and hair fall is also there suggest good shampoo and any oil or serum for controlling heavy dandruff. Photos are attached.

Since past 3 month i am getting bad itching on both my arms. There are no rashes, redness or any visible symptom. I got the blood work done. Fasting sugar is 82 but deficiency of B12 and D3 Was found. also basophil count was 0. I apply lotion thinking it's dryness but that doesn't work either. What should I do?
