Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

My son is suffering from red skin patches in both legs from one month. In the beginning it on foreleg then it spreads upper legs. In the beginning it had little itch. Dermatologist was consulted. Syrup Ciplactin, derma baby lotion, H H sone lotion and derma baby soap were prescribed on 15/02/23. Some red patches turned as light black colour. Some are cured. But it spread to upper legs it's not completely cured.

I have some small bumps on my chest and torso. They are about half a centimetres in diameter, have been present for more than a year. They are not movable and more than 10 of them are present in different part of chest and belly. There is no pain and seems to be slow growing and have a slight dark colour under the skin. I have visited some doctors but they can not get to any conclusions. Are there any chance of them being cancerous?

I have a prescription for Rablet D capsule. attaching the prescription and the medicine I am buying. Is this the correct one or any alternative for this particular medicine?

Hi All, Wartosin cream for warts removal cause white patch on the skin. Can this white patch is permanent? Please suggest.

8 days back while shaving get a hard pressure through razor on a perticular spot. I thought probably a cut but fortunately no cut and there was no blood. But I noticed there is a white sport in the same spot and it is still there from 7-8 days.(see picture) What is this? How can I cure this?

My daughter has had a wheatish birth mark on her neck since we noticed. We visited many dermatologists and they all said it is birthmark and nothing else. No medication needed. Last week, she had one very small wheatish patch (not completely white) on her cheeks and the doctor said it is Pityriasis Alba. He has given Tacrolimus 0.03% and surprisingly for neck birthmark, he has given Vitibex lotion(which is for Vitiligo). Is it ok to apply it for birthmark? Also will this Pityriasis Alba go away with medicine? How much it will take? I am very concerned looking at both depigmention marks on my daughter

I got my hair transplanted around 2 year back in two sessions, initial everything was ok bt now I'm observing thinking in my hair and hair looks very rough kindly suggest me.

In my right hand only, the skin is getting dried up and small kind of tearing is visible. It doesn't hurts or aches also. What ointment or something should I use to cure this. See my attached images.
