Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

From last few months I'm experiencing the skin problems which is unknown to me and beacuse of this I'm feeling uncomfortable most of time 1)on my skin sometimes the little blisters appear on my skin (only in forearm chest and upper body of chest) 2) also it feel like someone is hitting  or injecting like needles on my skin (mostly on forearm chest and neck and face) 3)whenever i touch my skin (forearm ) it feels hot and feels different 4) dry skin 5)some time white spots appear on my skin (same like we get in winter maybe dry skin) 6)beacuse of all this i feel angry and irritated This is all the issues i facings in my day to day life I still couldn't find which problem I'm facing Thanks

Since 1 month I am noticing that in my glanc a red and white  color of patch is spreading. Smells when it is dry. White deposit on that area which has foul smell. Itching and red ness.it is not painfull. I need to know what may cause this n if possible some solution. .
