Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

Hi doctors I am teaching with teaching 8-10 hours in formal dress consistantly. This causes me severe itching in scrotum and thigh for arround a month . And I can't do anything that time during my classes. Actually I feel very itchy and in thigh become black and black patches are formed in thigh. And sometime due to itching on scrotum it also swelling . I have attached pics. Currently using cloritamozole powder in night before sleep. Need proper medicine.

Recently i got cyst or big pimple rapidly 1 month back i got on my shoulder then now i am in a recovery process of a cyst on my forehead upperside of eyebrows, now suddenly i felt a hard pimple like pain which is of approximately 1cm under my armpit. I have consult a doc here in practo who gave me Amoxyclav 625 Tablet and Fudic 2% Cream now i am using it. But underarm pimple is growing even after the medicine and the cream what should i do.

On 16th I had full body laser through suprano platinum.. on face I had a lot of hair.. within 10 days hair had grown specially on upper lip.. can I take face laser tomorrow..

Hi, I am suffering from reddish non-itchy rashes on my chest area and shoulders from last 2 week. Currently applying Mupirocin ointment gel on the affected area, however it has no effect. Can anyone please suggest treatment for this condition. Attaching pic for your reference. Thanks.

I am having itching sometimes arms sometimes legs scalp hands feet and when I am scratching red bumps are appearing is it symptom of MAST CELL ACTIVATION SYNDROME I have other autoimmune condition as well
