Skin, Hair and Nail Problems

I have suffering from fungal infection on body from 2-3 years. It is like rings & gets spread daily and itching is more.

Arround 4-5 years back , I was suffering from acne and hyperpigmentation due to it and I heard about dermaroller and purchased it 0.5mm as a newbie and in excitement I used it all over face including forehead, chin , on cheekbones, around whole neck area , but it damaged my skin such that , a layer is developed all over face and neck like post inflammatory hyperpigmentation and deep scars , they are not visible as I have a fair complexion but my face lost its glow and smoothness of skin , now I am regretting the decision after 4-5 years as my skin lost its charm and glow , what should I do😭😭😭😭

My glans got a bruise from my nails and there is still a mark of the nail after 1 month.no pain but the mark is still there

Hi, I feel 2 small  sized  very nearby cyst or lump on my upper arm above my right hand elbow. I can feel them, sometimes, if I press then, they cause minor pain, not much, but they are not really visible as a pump above my skin , but I can feel them when I am touching them. Is it lipoma? Will it grow further? My father has multiple big lipomas on both his hands. Will I have similar condition? Really concerned. Thy lumps really really small

My 5 month old baby is diagnosed with Atopic dermatitis, doctor recommended  Ezosone-f ointment and then Taclus-forte ointment, had improvement. Now again this is increasing starting stage with small bumps all other his body, his father had a history of Atopic dermatitis in his childhood. Is there a complete cure for this? Thank you

Hi, I am a 26 yrs old female. I feel a small lump in my upper arm. It is not visible to anyone , I mean it's still not out of my skin, it's inside and non visible. I only feel the lump when I touch it. When I press it, I slightly pains. I don't know what is it exactly. I am really concerned. Can anyone please guide me.
