Pigmentation on the face, nose, upper lips and cheeks . I want to cure this as soon as possible.please diagnose it.

Hello Doctor, I was bitten by small spider and got an allergic reaction all over my body. I faced Itchiness along with hives. This continued for 2-3 days and then it stopped after applying aloe vera gel and body lotion. Also I made sure to keep my bed clean by dusting and cleaning the entire house. Then a few days later again I am having Itchiness and redness. Please tell me what to do? I'm fed up with this situation.
