My daughter had hair fall last year. The reason was not known shedding caused for 7 months. Had been to dermatologist and all blood tests came normal. It was due to stress of school and emotionally low as new sibling was born. This was what doctor concluded. Now hair fall is very minimal. But I see her strands are not healthy like before. Will the strands quality improve with good diet? Please guide me. She is 8 years.
