From last one month my wife observe that there is some spot over her face (right side) and gradually it's growing. There is no itching and no pain. Picture of the same is attached herewith for ready reference. What is this??

Hi Doctor, I have a skin tag on my left abdomen. It's not growing in size and also I am not facing any issue with this skin tag. I have this skin tag for the last 3 - 4 years but never noticed it closely, yesterday I was checking it casually and found that this skin tag has a black dot on it. Having this fungal infection on the left hand only .Every winter I have the same problem,  Itching and redness .
