Lots of black spots on my back
I have been facing recurring respiratory infections and recently also i saw on my back there's a lot of black spots kinda thing. Is this some fungal infection or something? Please guide me. On my arms too i see red bumps come and go!
Please help me understand what is this?!

This is not fungal infection. You have acite urticaria die to recurrent infection. Consult online for treatment
