I have flu like symptoms with rash and was suffering from 30days after exposure i have undergone hiv rna pcr quantitative after 30days of exposure and hiv antibodies/antigen cmia after 40days both are negative but symptoms struggling me a lot with daily life

CUE Report shows pus cells in urine(Im having burning during micturition,pain in lower abdomen),Culture and sensitivity report normal..What is happening?Do I have UTI or not?Please  tell  me If no then why am I having burning sensation when passing urine? Please tell me In September also same thing happened..CUE showed pus cells,I was having symptoms but culture report was normal..
