I have a doubt regarding HIV test. Is Anti HIV Ag/Ab Combo test and HIV combo tests are same? If yes I have done this test after 47 days of exposure? Is this test conclusive?

Hi, 1) how accurate is hiv 4th generation elsia test after 4th & 7th week test results. Both are negative again should I get test on 12 week 2) after 4th week test my HSV 1 index value 1.17 & HSV 2 index value 0.97. My 7th week results HSV 1 & 2 is non-reactive. What's does this indicate do I have hsv or not or technical error in any one of the report Do I need to rely on 4th or 7th week results both are done in different labs.
