What is the test that can confirm STDs like HIV within 60 days of exposure? Many tests are having window period of 90 - 120 Which can be a confirmatory test? Till now symptoms or abnormalities found.

I have a doubt regarding HIV test. Is Anti HIV Ag/Ab Combo test and HIV combo tests are same? If yes I have done this test after 47 days of exposure? Is this test conclusive?

Both are negative again should I get test on 12 week 2) after 4th week test my HSV 1 index value 1.17 & HSV 2 index value 0.97. My 7th week results HSV 1 & 2 is non-reactive.
