I feel discomfort in the joint area of scrotum, i dont understand why, maybe perineum area. When i stand i dont feel it much but when i sit, withing 2,3 mins there is some kind of burn feeling. There is no pain anywhere, discomfort and burn feeling. Morning when i got up, i put my neck down sitting the area near scrotum felt heavy.I am very worried
