Sir I had vdrl positive 1:4 titre(I had only penile discharge and burning urination; but no chancre )but after treatment with cefuroxime axetil+minocycline during previous Dec17 it was non reactive ! But again in Feb18 I've tested again; it's reactive 1:2 ! But no h/o recent exposure! Is the infection till persist in my body?Do I need penicillin injection for complete cure ?
