Asked for Male, 25 Years

A week ago, I did squats after that I felt pain in morning in groin, it subsided after 2 days. But I feel testicular pain constantly on scale of 10 it's 1. It got okay but when I climbed 2 flight of stairs it started again. Is it going to affect my fertility? I checked coughing and saw no protrusion and no blood in urine and when pressing. I also masturbated on that day.
