Short and tight frenulum which results in extreme pain which stretching it backwards

I'm suffering from severe pelvic pain. I exactly don't know whether it is pelvic pain or not but it is near lower back front and back through the legs. I'm on my 5th day of my period. This pain is for the first time to me. I ask you for help. Is this normal?

I was diagnosed with gonorrhea on Friday June 22nd. I was given a shot of rochephin Friday and also prescribed azithromycin (2 tablets) which I took on Saturday June 23rd. I received a call the next day that said my test had come back positive for gonorrhea. The redness and tenderness around my urethra has definitely gone away considerably and there is no discharge like there initially was, but the burning sensation remains, and is almost even more painful that it was before treatment.. HELP

I have tested @12 weeks hiv iv gen test (duo ag/ab).. Is this test conclusive? Also tested @10.4 weeks hepatitis b after one month  taking 2 hep dose of vaccination my hbsab immune value is 11.2, hbsag neg, hbcab neg, hbeag neg... Is this clear that I don't have hep b... Because of my immune...and also tested for hep c anti hcv came back neg..

For the last few months I have been having a discharge before urination it is white and yellowish and . And was tested about one and a half months ago for this. I had an HIV test, gohnorrea and chlamidia test as well as syphilis and all of them came up negative. They put me on some anti biotics and nothing changed,
