I completed rabbies vaccination 1 month back... How many chances are there that hiv false positive result may come in 3rd generation test

I have done hiv p24antigen / antibody which is think 4th gen test after 44 days of possible hiv exposure its's value is 0.264 which is negative I get it but is there p24antigen in me or not and this value what is that
