I feel burning sensation while I pee, this happens sometimes not too often and when this happens urine smells different, I had read on internet that it can be STD but I don't think so, I have had taken strict caution for that.

I am diabetic and on metformin 500 & glimipiride 1 mg since oct 2017. From 4-5 months i am experiencing slight pain while urinating and the urge to urinate is high even though frequency is normal. Also experiencing ED from 4-5 months but not low on desire. Fasting blood sugar is lesser than 120 but post meal it is between 180-225, BP is normal. Please help with your valuable advice.

I have been having balanitis and it recurred once. I was treated by Cefixime in the first go and Doxycycline in the second. Now that the infection is almost cleared out, there is still a small mild red patch on my glans. Is it still balanitis? Will it go on it's own? What do I do?
