Hi, I mistakenly took 2 tablets of Duralast 30mg together. Will it cause any problems? What will the effects be?

Hiv pcr rna test negative after 15 days of exposure ...hiv duo combo test negative after 40,70,90,120,180 days...hiv combo test in ICTC also negative after 1 year...western blot test also negative after 6 months ...std panel negative...i had skin rashes,moth ulcers from first week of exposure still persist...after six months i got fever, headache,thinning in face,legs hands, weight loss...from that day on wards...it is spreading easily to others even i speak 30 minutes...what it is plz help me..does it hiv/aids?doez hiv/aids spreads that must fast...plz help me sir...
