Can hiv symptoms show after 3-4 days after exposure? Is it possible toh show symptoms this much early?

I have duo test after 33 days of exposure. It's non reactive with 0.06 No symptoms. What are the chances of infection. I have chills.

Hiv pcr rna test negative after 15 days of exposure ...hiv duo combo test negative after 40,70,90,120,180 days...hiv combo test in ICTC also negative after 1 year...western blot test also negative after 6 months ...std panel negative...i had skin rashes,moth ulcers from first week of exposure still persist...after six months i got fever, headache,thinning in face,legs hands, weight loss...from that day on wards...it is spreading easily to others even i speak 30 minutes...what it is plz help me..does it hiv/aids?doez hiv/aids spreads that must fast...plz help me sir...
