Sir for 2 months i have been witnessing some pain in the back side of my scrotum wall and between the area btween two legs just near back of scrotum wall. I have a increase in pain when i lift something heavy( while heavy it feels as if some pain is also inside scrotum wall , i have a sensation of pain can not spot a particular nerve ) or wear jeans or pants otherwise the pain occurs when i am in sitting position specialy in cars while walking things are way more better and sleeping time . The pain is like as if some nerve is being stressed.

I have done std profile screening test in january 2019 and for all the test it is within negative range, but only for hsv2 igm was 0.89 , and again now i e december 2019 i have done std profile test and pap smear all are negative but hsv 2 igm range is 0.89 where as positive range starts from 09...im worried if its positive and the white discharge with itching since an year is continuing...so pls suggest

Dr I hav been feeling pain in my scrotum at different intervals for last 3 months ... Som days it com atleast weakly once And Som days comes for 15,20 days once... ... Earlier I thought It would be a result of doing excersice and jacking so I stopped it for a month consequently pain also had stopped at that period.. ..but it started again since last month...
