Hi i did Hiv 1 Rna pcr after 27 days of exposure which is negative. But i had symptoms like sore throat, and diarrhoea after 21 days. Can i think i am hiv negative ?

Exposure date 27dec-2018. Test date 11-apr2019 Hiv 1&3 p24 combo was Result: 0.43 nonrective method ELISA. Second test date 11-jan-2020 Hiv1&2 Ag/ab result was 0.09 nonreactive method CMIA + my vitamin d3 was 12mg and b12 was 298. Do i need more test?
