Which stds can have fever like symptoms(not fever but feverish) in continuation for months? I have some vesicles like structures also on my genitals(developed last month) and fever like symptoms for months.

Actually I observed red spot on my glan of pennies recently ,I don't have itching or pain present ,how to cure this I  attached pic ,please give suggestions

Hi, i had exposure on feb 29 2020. I took hiv duo 4th generation in metropolis lab  on may 15. Result came non reactive 0.09 .also I  did hiv rapid test on 90th day, also 100th day, it came nagative, non reactive, also i did hiv duo test after 7 and half months , result came non reactive 0.10 .  Am I HIV free ?
