Due to night fall I am facing so many problems  Nerve weakness Irritating Lonely Ness Body weakness Headache

Actully i m 33 year male going to marry a women after 3 month . I reserched myself i am hetrosexual and demisexual (. I feel attraction of my close male friend whose i have strong emotional bond). मै जानना चाहता हूँ। की मेरा असुरक्षित यौन संबंध जुलाई 2017 मे बना था और मैने HIV की जाँच ऑक्टोबर 2019 मे किया मेरा परीडाम् एलिसा(Elisa) (नकारात्मक) आया। वो भी एक अच्छे लैब से। मैने फिर से फरवरी 2020 मे वापस HIV की जाँच कराई त्रिदोष (Tridot) वो भी परीडाम (नकारात्मक) आया लेकिन मुझे 2 साल से एलर्जी रहिनिटिस की समस्या है। तो मैने डॉक्टर के परामर्श से ऑगस्ट 2020 मे Serum IGE की जाँच कराई तो 625 IU/Ml परीडाम् आया। तो मै जानना चाहता हूँ। कहीं ये HIV की तरफ कोई इशारा तो नही है। क्या मुझे भविष्य मे HIV होने की कोई संभावना है। या नही। कृपया अपनी सही राय दे कर मुझे कृतार्थ करे। धन्यवाद।
