I am taking Modula tables for erectile dysfunction. I want to know is there an alternative medicine in ayurveda since I do not want to have allopathic medicine.

I always had irregular periods ever since it started. Initially it lasts for 13 days but now with time it lasts for 7-8 days with very light flow after 5 days. But the irregularity is the problem. I am not sure weather to consult a doctor or not as i don't want to indulge into meds. Please suggest what i can or should do.

So recently I just tried self waxing my public and before that I have been shaving but it doesnt suit me and I dont want to go out for waxing! So this waxing actually caused my skin to get itchy and dry but luckily I had only waxed outer line so not going more intimate saved my sensitive skin so I wanted to know that which is the best possible way or correct way I can remove my pubic hair without causing it irritation and what ointment I can apply for it to cool down after hair removal. Ps. I have been considering hair removal cream for intimate area please let me know if it's safe. Thank you

Discomfort and hanging in left side of scrotum. Mild sensetion of pain after lifting weights and running.

Continuosly paining in my lower side of stomouch and in near the breast from last few days and pain is very bad.

Dear Doctor, I have took shock wave therapy in two months before. I don't see any improvement with it. May I know the reason for why shock wave therapy is not work for me and provide any next steps which I need to take it up. For using tablets also there is no improvement.
