3 weeks before I have unprotected contact with my girl friend, last week I noticed pimble on my gentile tip and also urine irritation, I took one week doxycycline 100mg twice per day. It remain same, so I went to government hospital they test HIV it is negative, and they give me azithromycine 1gram and cefixme 400mg single dose. It gives me good result. Hello I am suffering in endometriosis from last 2020 august. As per my MRI  report endometriosis stage was 3rd .so my doctor start immediately  visanne tablet per day one and given three zoladex injection  per month.but as still I was facing extreme leg pain  and cramp from waist to left leg foot,so doctor was decide go for laparoscopy,after laparoscopy doctor told my right ovary,uterus,fallopian tube is ok but in left ovary had some addition,that addition  completely fix.but after laparoscopy still my leg pain has but yes not is in extreme. Now my doctor has suggested stop visanne tablet and after 1st periods complete start Duphaston tablet from 5th day and try to conceive.but presently after stop visanne I am filling again extreme left leg pain and still my periods not start ,7 days over I have stopped visanne .so what should I do in this situation can  you suggest please .I am very worried about my left  leg pain and still my first  periods does not come back.
