  4. Short frenulum. I'm 21 years old.

Short frenulum
I consulted a urologist and he said i have a problem of short frenulum and he suggested me to go for frenuloplasty. He gave me 2 options ie under local anaesthetic and spinal anaesthesia. I chose the Spinal anaesthesia. Is it safe and should i go for this frenuloplasty. I'm 21 years old.
