Thank you for asking. I can understand your concern. tearing of frenulum during intercourse or masturbation is very common. There will be discomfort and pain for couple of weeks, it is normal. It is gradually get healed spontaneously. The care that you must take is, keep it dry and clean, no need to wash it frequently but you can wipe it with a swab of Savlon twice a day. Wear comfortable inner. If you observe signs of pus and swelling at the site, show yourself to a nearby doctor.
