Penis frenulum is still intact.
Hello, I am quite concerned that even after being 25+ years of age the frenulum of my penis is not torn. To elaborate the situation, I can fully retract the foreskin backwards (so I don't have phimosis I guess…plz correct me if I'm wrong) but the frenulum is still intact. Unlike my friends from whom I have heard their frenulum got torn on their own or while having sexual intercourse. I did not have sex without condom till date, so am quite scared of what to expect when I finally do so. Please help me out. Can medications and/or exercise improve the situation or is circumcision required ? I personally do not want to go through Circumcision. Plz help me with your opinion.

Frenulum is usually attached normally. If you want to detach it you can go for frenuloplasty operation.

Good morning dear. It's good that you are able to pull back your foreskin without any issues. Apart from that, it's not necessary for frenulum to tear like happened with your friends. It might be possible that they were having frenulum breve earlier which caused their frenulum to tear. Bottom line : be relaxed and enjoy your life. You might not need any type of surgery if it is not causing any issues. Best regards, Dr. Kanu Rajput and Dr. Manu Rajput
