Sore frenulum and swollen penis glands
However some months on and just in the last couple of weeks I started to get a spot under the foreskin and what feels like a tiny tear of the frenulum. Initially I used Savlon but this seemed to develop excessive smegma and so I used Daktacort to which seems to have stopped the smegma and removed the spots. But I still have a sore frenulum and when I get erect my penis head seems shiny and red and a little swollen. There is no discharge. Is this Balanitis or could it be a urinary infection?
