I missed my period since two three months.i was under medication of Homeopathic at my hometown ,Then my periods come at time ,but I came ranchi for my collage exams.what should I do??

My sister's periods are delayed, they were meant to start 3 days ago but have not. She is concerned and we would like to know how to induce the period cycle and regulate the same. This is the first time this has happened to her.

Before 2 days I was having brown discharge ie discharge with blood it was there on pad sometimes..now the colour of discharge is fading ie now it is becoming clear..so whether it was my period or something else

According to my period cycle my periods should have started on 20th of this month but it is a delay of 9 days. From the last 4-5 months they were on time or just a day or 2 earlier or delay.
