I'm 27 years old. I'm trying to conceive and my gynaecologist suggested tubal analysis test. She again suggested to take Ovaral L tablet for 12 days. I have searched in Google and it is contraception tablet. I have my regular periods. She found in ultrasound scan that My left ovary is located posterior wall of uterus. I had a diagonastic laproscopy in January 2021. Everything was found normal . For last two cycles I have been taking FSh inj as advised by Dr and also taking progesteron tablets. Hiwever, last month also I got my periods 4 days after stopping progesteron . This month we had undegone our first IUI without trigger shot. IUI was done on CD 15. Yesterday my progesteron tablets got over. I have been noticing dark brown spotting for last 3-4 days. It is mostly watery in consistency. The spotting is very dark. No pain or cramps. What may be the reason??
