Hello, I am 29 year old woman . Have no kids, but physically active person . Height is 5.2 and weight is 51. I had an emergency contraceptive pill last week and i started to find spotting after three days, which is normal. But I am a bit concerned now because the flow started to become a bit more than before and i have to wear a pad now. It's the 6th or 7th consecutive day. Should i be worried?

Hi, I'm 25 years old female and from past 15 to 20 days I can feel a lump in both breasts which are painful to touch. It is larger in the right one when compared to the left. This isn't causing any problem to me but I can feel it inside and which is rubbery and tender. Only when pressed, it is painful, otherwise there is no pain. There is no swelling or redness on the skin also. Is there any problem? Please suggest remedies. Thank you.
