Hi, I'm 25 years old female and from past 15 to 20 days I can feel a lump in both breasts which are painful to touch. It is larger in the right one when compared to the left. This isn't causing any problem to me but I can feel it inside and which is rubbery and tender. Only when pressed, it is painful, otherwise there is no pain. There is no swelling or redness on the skin also. Is there any problem? Please suggest remedies. Thank you.

On 2nd of March i took 2 tablets of primoult n( i was already 4 days late on my regular cycle) but i got my periods on 3rd March but bleeding was less and lasted more days than normal ...this month i still didn't get my periods and today is 7th April ...is this delay related to that primoult?? Us something i need to worry about?
