I had the morning after contraceptive pill (ipill) Two days back on 13th. For the last two days I have been having ashwagandha and milk at night. (About half table spoon) Will it affect the efficiency of the pill?

Bleeding on 18th day of tablet which continued for 12days dunno when was periods now when to start the next pack which ll affect o no bleeding (29june ~10july )was bleeding When to start tablet now

Doctor has prescribed for 3mnth of freedase 30 tablet Due to irregular bleeding when to start the next pack today is 12day of cycle Can we start the next o wait for next cycle to start
