My menstrual cycle is regular 32 days but not conceiving even after trying for 5-6 month's so visited nearby gynaecologist as my amh is 6.2 Dr started letrozole 2.5 mg bid from second day of Menses..and my egg has grown to fast it became 23 mm RT 23 mm left and ET -7.2 on 9 th day so trigger not given and adviced to try naturally..and now on 13th day my egg is ruptured on 11 th day its size rt 26 mm and left 29 mm..so these oversized eggs are good for conception or not??
