Hi Sir/Madam, I have some doubts on Hepatitis B infection. Can Hepatitis B be spread via indirect contact on open cuts. I have a very minute open cut and not very deep though and I went to a local hospital with is not very hygienic and the hospital I touched many surface areas of the hospitals with my hand and touched on my wound with the same hand. Are there any chances of me getting Hepatitis B. I am very much concerned. I heard that hepatitis B can live outside the body for about 7 days in that case will I get hepatitis B via indirect contact? I am very much worried Thank You.

My friend had a man to man exposure in oct 2021..All sti test Hiv by Western blot and PCR and Elisa negative after 3 months..Hbsag, hcv , hpv, Gonnehera PCR, chalymida PCR from urine after 6 months...but suffering  hips muscle loss and proctitis and groin sweating and white  patches on the side of tongue...pls suggest the treatment...Their is any choice of Rectal lymphogranumulo verenem... He is in confusion state...plz suggest the treatment and necessary testing.

Sir I took 2 4 th generation test one after 16 days of exposure and 2nd after 33 days of exposure both came non reactive and I was about to take another confirmatory test after 45 days but recently I took tetanus vaccine so I have a concern that It may or may not affect my test results ? Please help me through out of it I have been a lot of tensed about my hiv status !

FSH: 3.46  mlU/ml (1.27-19.26) LH : 4.360  mlU/ml (1.24-8.62) PROLACTIN : 8.3 ng/ml (2.64-13.13) Testosterone total : 3.68 ng/ml (2.59-8.16) 27 yr old Male. is all these are ok? anything need to improve? testosterone too low? weight is 70 kg approx.

When a herpes 1&2 IGG and IGM Elisa  blood test is taken as conclusive after exposure. My reports are negative after 18 weeks or 4 months from the date of exposure. Can I take this as conclusive report and no need to test again

I had an exposure of 60 day. I took the TriDot test on the 56th day (NON-REACTIVE). Later on 58 days, I took HEPATITIS B SURFACE ANTIGEN (HBSAG) E.C.L.I.A (NON-REACTIVE) and HIV-1, RNA QUANTITATIVE PCR (TARGET NOT DETECTED).I have no symptoms so far. Should I be concerned or can I be conclusive it's negative.
