I have been having regular periods, however this month from more than 10days it's in the form of spots generally in the morning or night time. USG scan (report attached) has detected multiple small cysts and uterus has turned bulky. Thyroid is normal. Prolactin is high - 35.5ng/ml (normal range 6-29.9). Pls suggest the necessary trusted medications and time interval for its consumption. In how many days (approx) can I expect cysts removal and prolactin level to come down to normal level? I am working from home and have gained weight significantly. From last 2months I am also having face acne. Marital status- single.

Sir why am I experiencing some pain in the testicular region also I mean not in the balls but in that region the pain is not much but still just for satisfaction also I would rate the pelvic pain 2 or 1/10 and the testicular region pain also 2 or 1/10 according to the me the pain is mild almost negligible

What should I do next as you said prostatis prostate cancer and uti are not possible but dr.shabir Ahmed Dar said it is extremely rare but may be prostatis although the chances are less

HIV chemiluminescence after 6 weeks of exposure negative Does it confirmed or any test needs to be done

So sir what should be my next step and also what do you think the case is with me after reading all my queries?

Sir I feel burning sensation while urinating when i didn't drank water the last evening and night and then the next morning their is burning sensation again when I drink water it is normal also I noticed my urine intake on a average is 1 litre which is very less so is that the matter.

As discussed I want to tell about few more things I experience pain when I lay and the pressure in on my public area and I have noticed that my water take is less. Sir I have very much more depressed about prostate cancer and prostatis .
