Bulky uterus, small cysts Prolactin high
I have been having regular periods, however this month from more than 10days it's in the form of spots generally in the morning or night time.
USG scan (report attached) has detected multiple small cysts and uterus has turned bulky.
Thyroid is normal. Prolactin is high - 35.5ng/ml (normal range 6-29.9).
Pls suggest the necessary trusted medications and time interval for its consumption. In how many days (approx) can I expect cysts removal and prolactin level to come down to normal level?
I am working from home and have gained weight significantly. From last 2months I am also having face acne.
Marital status- single.
