Bulky fibroid uterus
Uterus is anteverted and measures 109x73x78mm. Bulky in size and shows small 49x45mm anterior wall intramural fibroids. Few tiny 5-8mm sized fundal and anterior wall intramural fibroid noted.
In this case..is operation necessary to remove the uterus???
