Frequent Urination

Recently, I am having this urge to urinate repeatedly. Its like- I wake up in the morning, Go to the washroom and pee. And right after coming out I feel like I need to pee again. I go back and its very little amout of urine and I come back and feel like going again. Is it some sort of infection??

Delayed periods
