Lower back pain
Hi It's been almost 6 months by now post delivery & it was a C section. I have started off with regular /Normal household chores like washing clothes, mopping using a mop stick & most of it which requires bending down.Past 4 days I have been experiencing severe lower back pain & not subsiding despite a pain killer.

Though we advice to carry on with household work by now.. Depending on your strength and body, it takes at least 6-9 months for abdominal strength to improve! So avoid bending down , lifting weights, doing any work that stresses ur abdomen. Have protein rich diet, calcium and can start muscle strengthening exercises with supervision. Gud luck
