Back pain after C section
My cousin had delivered by C Section 6 months ago..she says she suffers from lot of back pain..one more cousin who had a C section few years ago also is complaining of back pain..additionally she says she exercises often and has has lot of weight from all parts of the body but the belly fat above C section scar alone is flabby and loose and unable to slim down lower waist area..hence only tummy area bulges while remaining body is slim. Please let us know why these issues are faced after caesarian delivery and suggest solutions.
