Hi, when we talk about problems after cesarean delivery, the list of complications is exhaustive. It does not mean that all of them are going to happen to all patients. Depending on your individual case, your Gynaecologist is the best person to counsel you. Backache can be reduced by doing some Physiotherapy and exercise
