We got married since 2.5 years, v r trying for a baby for last 4 months, should we need any medical consultation? my periods are regular and v both are healthy, please help

Dear Doctor, My Blood glucose levels are as follows 170 for PPBS n 103 for FBS. Now i am in 1st trimester(10th week). I heard diabetic is visible usally 2nd trimester or early 3rd trimester. Will there be any complications need to be considered. Already i am following the instructions given by the diabetic doctor.

Is it safe to abort third time.what are the after effects in the body and health. Please advice how to cope up with after effects.
