Hi Doctor, I had hair transplant done at one of the well known clinic in Mumbai. They ask for HIV NEGATIVE report from patients before performing hair transplant. When I performed my Hair transplant, my DUO test was NEGATIVE. But after my hair transplant I started worrying that maybe the equipments are unsterilised or maybe the patient before me could have been POSITIVE in window period. I contacted clinic, they said that they dispose whatever items that are disposable and they sterilise all which are not disposable. Still I have an anxiety that I might catch HIV during transplant. I did HIV RNA PCR after 7 days and HIV DUO test after 32 days both were NEGATIVE. Is is only my HIV PHOBIA or are there minute chances this can happen?

Can I take ashwagandha Or any other ayurvedic medicine along with paroxtine tablet? Also for pme which is best treatment allopathy or ayurvedic??
