I had exposure on March 19 risky 4 th gen test on 38 day 40 th day 60 th day 82 day 100 th day negative Full std panel negative on 60 th day Rna pcr 55 th day non detection ,60 th day not detected Real time PCR test on 95 th day not detected but My cd 4 cell count is 492 bio ref 448 to 1611 Can u please what is this result means

Cd4 count is normal and if hiv reports is negative then no need to worry. For better clarification consult online.
