Hiv Negative at 4 and a half months
I had my high risk exposure, receptive unprotected anal sex and oral on december 1st 2017. February showed a rash all over my body, blotchy no itchiness, not on hands or feet, end of february beginning to mid march i had flu like symptoms, dry cough, acheyness, very tired. Got tested March 27th, hiv negative, syphilis positive. Got treated, Tested for HIV April 16th, negative again (duo test btw). Question is, should i be fairly confident that I AM negative or am i just having anxiety?

After this much time lapse if your test is negative then there is almost no chance of having that infection. To be double sure you can do more specific test. HIV PCR TEST.. If this test is also negative then you need not worry .
